2011 Spring Open House
Mission
The OFS will be hosting an Open House on the 17th of May 2011 to promote the new fly fishing season, to encourage conservation and finally to share this passion with friends, family and guests.

The Hot Dog Stand (Andrew Lay) will be on the field to server hot dogs and beverages at a cost determined by the vendor.
Participants/Events
- Green Drake (Orvis Rep showcasing new products, plus casting demos and prizes)
- Fly Fishing Equipment Swap/Sale (participants may donate all or some of the proceeds to the conservation fund.)
- Denis Landreville from NaturAdvanture will be onhand with casting analysis technology demonstration.
- Ontario MNR, RVCA and South Nation CA, Ottawa City Stream Watch will all be on hand for Questions and Answers.
